Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CrystalPulse services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

CrystalPulse provides lead generation and digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Targeted lead generation campaigns
• Multi-channel advertising management
• Analytics and reporting services
• Campaign optimization and consulting

3. Qualification Process

All potential clients must complete our qualification process. CrystalPulse reserves the right to accept or decline service requests based on our internal criteria. We will notify applicants of our decision within 48 hours of application submission.

4. Pricing and Payment

Our services are priced on a per-qualified-lead basis, ranging from $40 to $60 per lead depending on the service tier and campaign complexity. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements.

5. Lead Quality Standards

A qualified lead is defined as a prospect who:

• Meets the demographic and psychographic criteria specified in the campaign
• Has shown genuine interest in the client's product or service
• Has provided valid and verifiable contact information
• Has not been previously contacted by the client within the past 90 days

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their target audience and business goals
• Respond to leads in a timely manner (within 24 hours recommended)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their industry
• Not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes

7. Confidentiality

CrystalPulse maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, campaign data, and business strategies. We do not share client information with third parties without explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

CrystalPulse's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due and payable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Hobbs, New Mexico.
